Scientists test which bone graft works best for dental implants
NCT ID NCT07407361
Summary
This study compared three types of bone graft materials used to build up the upper jawbone before placing dental implants. Thirty-seven patients with severe bone loss had a sinus lift procedure and were randomly assigned one of the graft types. Researchers measured how much new bone grew and how well it healed over six months to see which material performed best.
