Early test puts new Humira-Like drug under the microscope

NCT ID NCT07181694

Summary

This early-stage study aims to see how two different concentrations of a new biosimilar drug called BCD-057 compare to the existing drug Humira in healthy men. Researchers will give a single injection to 444 healthy male volunteers and closely track how the drug moves through and leaves their bodies over 71 days. The main goal is to gather data on drug levels, safety, and immune responses to see if BCD-057 behaves similarly to Humira.
