Summary

This study compares two types of balance exercises—square stepping and wobble board—to see which one better improves thinking skills, balance, and reduces fall risk in people aged 60 and older. Participants will do one of the exercises and be tested on memory, balance, and fear of falling. The goal is to find a simple, effective way to help older adults stay steady and independent.
