This study compares two types of anesthesia for early-stage lung cancer surgery: one that lets patients breathe on their own and one that uses a breathing tube. Researchers want to see which method leads to a shorter hospital stay and less pain medication use. The study will include 410 adults with small lung tumors (3 cm or less) and aims to find a safer, more effective way to perform surgery.
