Summary

This study compares two drugs, magnesium sulfate and dexmedetomidine, used with total intravenous anesthesia during spine surgery. The goal is to see which one helps patients wake up and have their breathing tube removed faster. Forty adults having elective spine surgery will take part in this double-blinded trial.
