First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 34 times

Summary

This study compares two types of anesthesia given through a vein (remimazolam vs propofol) to see which one keeps blood pressure more stable during robotic gynecologic surgery. About 58 women under age 65 having a robotic hysterectomy will take part. The goal is to find out if remimazolam leads to higher average blood pressure during surgery, which may be safer for patients.
