Summary

This study compares two anesthesia drugs, remimazolam and propofol, to see which one keeps blood pressure more stable during robotic gynecologic surgery. About 58 women under 65 will take part. The goal is to find out if remimazolam leads to higher blood pressure during surgery, which may be safer for some patients.
