Summary
This study compares two prescription gels—metronidazole and clindamycin—to treat moderate acne in adults aged 18-35. Sixty participants will apply the assigned gel twice daily for 12 weeks. The goal is to see which gel reduces acne more effectively and causes fewer side effects like redness or itching.
