First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study compares two heart ablation techniques (right atrium only vs both atria) to see which better prevents fainting episodes in people with reflex syncope. About 50 adults aged 18-60 with severe, recurrent fainting will be monitored using implantable loop recorders. The goal is to find the safest and most effective approach to reduce asystolic pauses and improve quality of life.
