NCT ID NCT07418762
First seen Feb 20, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests an 8-week community program combining nurse-led mind-body exercises (like gentle movement and breathing) with nutritional supplements for frail adults aged 65 and older. 48 participants will be split into three groups: one getting usual care, one doing only the exercises, and one doing exercises plus supplements. The goal is to see if these approaches can improve frailty status and physical function, helping seniors stay independent.
