Summary
This study is testing a community-based program to prevent and control type 2 diabetes in rural Pakistan. Over 12,700 adults will participate in group meetings where they identify local health problems and plan solutions together. The goal is to see if this community-led approach can reduce new diabetes cases and improve related health factors like weight and blood pressure.
