Summary

This study tests a program called the Community Mobility Planning Process for teens and young adults (ages 16-30) with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. The goal is to see if the program helps them feel more confident and able to travel around their community. Participants will fill out surveys and take part in activities like worksheets and discussions. The study does not test a drug or treatment, but rather a planning approach to improve daily life.
