Summary
This study tests if community-led projects can improve public health and reduce over-reliance on medication. Researchers in Spain will work with 4,000 local residents to co-create programs targeting mental well-being, heart health, and smarter antibiotic use. The goal is to see if these community actions can improve quality of life and reduce unnecessary doctor visits and prescriptions.
