New wart treatment seeks final approval in major trial

Summary
This study is testing a topical liquid called YCANTH to see if it can safely and effectively clear common warts. About 300 people aged 2 and up with common warts will have the treatment or a placebo applied to their warts every few weeks. The main goal is to see how many people have all their warts completely gone by the end of the 12-week treatment period.
