Summary
This study looks at whether regular group meals with guided conversation can improve well-being for medical students who are at high risk for burnout and loneliness. About 80 students in their clinical years will be placed into small groups that meet monthly for six months. The goal is to see if this simple approach can boost professional fulfillment and reduce stress.
