Summary
This study explored whether a special workshop could help community care workers manage stress and avoid burnout. Thirteen caregivers from California's Inland Empire participated in comics-making sessions combined with lessons on trauma and stress relief. Researchers measured changes in their professional well-being and resilience to see if this creative approach could be a useful support tool.
