Summary

This study looks at whether giving a nerve block (TAP block) during a complex C-section can lower the amount of strong painkillers (opioids) needed after surgery. It involves 120 women who have had multiple prior abdominal surgeries or other risk factors. The goal is to improve pain control and daily function while reducing opioid use.
