Summary
This study looks at whether a special education program based on comfort theory can help university students with painful periods. About 80 female students with moderate to severe period pain will take part. Half will receive the comfort-based education, and the other half will not. The goal is to see if this approach reduces pain, menstrual symptoms, and premenstrual syndrome, and improves overall well-being.
