This study tests a new type of sticky drape used with negative pressure wound therapy, a common treatment for wounds. The new drape is designed to be easier to remove, causing less skin injury and pain than standard drapes. About 300 adults with surgical or chronic wounds will be randomly assigned to receive either the new or standard drape, and researchers will compare skin damage, pain, and how well the drape seals.
