Can changing your screen colors save your eyes?
NCT ID NCT07032909
Summary
This study tested whether special 'comfort reading' modes on electronic screens can help prevent eye strain and dryness. Researchers had 35 adults with normal vision read on screens for 45 minutes using different background colors and text settings. They measured eye fatigue, blinking patterns, and tear film stability to see which settings caused the least discomfort.
