This small pilot study compares two common medications, adenosine and diltiazem, for treating a rapid heart rhythm called supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) in adults visiting the emergency department. The main goal is to see if it's possible to run a larger study by checking how many patients can be enrolled and complete the process.
