First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests whether a special radiation pattern (high and low doses) followed by a targeted drug and immunotherapy can shrink tumors in people with advanced colorectal cancer that hasn't responded to prior treatments. About 33 adults with a specific type of colorectal cancer will receive this combination therapy. The goal is to see if the radiation helps the immune system fight the cancer more effectively.
