First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding pelvic floor muscle training (exercises) to vaginal estrogen cream works better than estrogen cream alone for treating stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine when coughing, sneezing, or exercising) in women after menopause. About 115 women will be randomly assigned to one of two groups for several months. The goal is to see if the combination reduces leakage more effectively and to understand what factors influence success.
