Summary

This study tested whether combining two types of exercises—McKenzie extension exercises and motor control exercises—works better than either alone for people with long-term low back pain. 54 adults aged 45-70 with pain lasting at least 3 months took part. Researchers measured pain, back muscle endurance, flexibility, and daily function to see which approach helped most.
