Summary

This phase 2 trial tests whether using two different local treatments together—freezing some tumors and implanting radioactive seeds in others—can better control multiple metastatic tumors compared to using just one method. The study enrolls 90 adults with advanced solid cancers that have spread to at least three sites, including one large tumor. The goal is to improve local control and delay disease progression while keeping side effects manageable.
