Can a cream and heat zap eye wrinkles better?

Summary
This study tests whether using a special cream called P-TIOX along with a heat-based skin treatment (Tixel) can reduce fine lines around the eyes more than the heat treatment alone. About 20 adults with moderate to severe eye wrinkles will have one side of their face treated with both and the other side with just Tixel. The study lasts 9 weeks and uses photos and expert ratings to measure results.
