Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (selinexor, carfilzomib, isatuximab, and dexamethasone) in people whose multiple myeloma has returned or stopped responding to treatment. The goal is to find a safe dose and see how well it controls the cancer. About 62 adults who have already tried at least one other therapy will take part.
