First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, loncastuximab tesirine and epcoritamab, in people with aggressive B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to treatment. About 120 adults who have not had CAR-T therapy or whose CAR-T therapy failed will receive the drug combo. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink or eliminate tumors and how long that effect lasts.
