Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people with a type of blood cancer called B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. It combines two immune-based therapies: a bispecific antibody and CAR-T cells. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps control the cancer. About 48 adults will take part.
