This study tests a combination of three drugs (azacitidine, chidamide, and a PD-1 inhibitor) in 30 adults with peripheral T-cell lymphoma that has not responded to or has returned after prior treatment. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink tumors and delay cancer growth. Participants will receive the drugs intravenously or orally over several cycles, with regular monitoring for response and side effects.
