Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (docetaxel, nimotuzumab, and pucotenlimab) in 30 adults with recurrent or metastatic head and neck cancer that has not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if this cocktail can shrink tumors or slow the disease. Participants must be between 18 and 75 years old and in good general health.
