Triple-Drug attack shows promise against tough leukemia

Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (azacitidine, venetoclax, and gilteritinib) in adults with FLT3-mutated acute myeloid leukemia, chronic myelomonocytic leukemia, or high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome that has returned or not responded to treatment. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination improves cancer remission rates. About 97 participants will take part across two phases.
