Summary

This study looked at combining two experimental drugs (maplirpacept and glofitamab) after a single dose of obinutuzumab for adults with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to at least two prior treatments. Participants could not have a stem cell transplant or CAR-T therapy. The goal was to find a safe and effective dose of the combination. The study was terminated early, so results are limited.
