Summary

This study tests two experimental drugs (DZD9008 and AZD4205) together in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has EGFR mutations and has stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink tumors. About 90 adults will take part in this phase 2 trial.
