New drug combo offers hope for men with Hard-to-Treat ED

Summary
This study tests whether taking two erectile dysfunction drugs together—daily tadalafil plus on-demand sildenafil—works better than sildenafil alone for men who don't get results from standard ED pills. About 500 men with ED for at least 6 months will take the combination or a placebo for 12 weeks. The goal is to improve erection hardness and sexual function.
