Summary
This study tested a single combination vaccine that aims to protect against both COVID-19 and influenza at the same time. About 980 adults aged 50 and older received either the combo shot, a flu shot alone, a COVID-19 shot alone, or both shots separately. Researchers monitored safety and immune responses for 12 months to see if the combo works as well as separate vaccines.
