Summary
This study tested a combination of three drugs (gemcitabine, trastuzumab, and erlotinib) as a first treatment for people with metastatic pancreatic cancer that had spread. The goal was to see if the combo could control the disease and shrink tumors. 63 patients took part, and researchers measured how well the tumors responded and how long patients lived.
