First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tested a combination of three drugs (gemcitabine, trastuzumab, and erlotinib) as a first treatment for people with metastatic pancreatic cancer that has spread. The goal was to see if this mix could control the disease better. 63 patients took part, receiving the drugs through an IV and a daily pill. The study looked at how well the tumors shrank or stayed stable, and how long patients lived.
