New combo therapy offers hope for lung cancer patients who stopped responding to initial treatment

Summary
This study tests two drug combinations (Tedopi plus docetaxel or Tedopi plus nivolumab) in people with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer whose disease worsened after initial chemo-immunotherapy. About 105 participants with a specific genetic marker (HLA-A2+) will receive one of the combos or docetaxel alone. The goal is to see if the combinations improve survival at one year.
