New cancer drug enters first human safety trial

Summary
This is the first study in people to test the safety and find the right dose of a new drug called COM503. It will be given alone and in combination with another cancer drug to 200 adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to understand the side effects and determine a safe dose for future research.
