New hope for Hard-to-Treat colorectal cancer: combination therapy trial underway

Summary

This study tests whether adding new cancer drugs to standard chemotherapy can better control metastatic colorectal cancer that is microsatellite-stable. About 61 adults with this advanced cancer will receive different drug combinations. The main goals are to check safety and see if tumors shrink.
