Summary
This study looks at different surgical methods for removing colorectal parts during treatment for retroperitoneal sarcoma, a rare cancer in the abdomen. Researchers will track complications and use surveys to measure patients' quality of life after surgery. The goal is to help surgeons choose the best approach for each patient. About 120 adults who need this surgery will take part.
