New Two-Drug attack on tough colon cancer shows promise in trial
NCT ID NCT06856837
Summary
This study is testing whether combining the drugs fruquintinib and tislelizumab works better than standard therapy for people with a common, hard-to-treat type of advanced colorectal cancer that hasn't spread to the liver. About 140 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the new combination or the standard treatment. The main goal is to see if the new combo can keep the cancer from growing for a longer time.
