Not yet recruiting Disease control Sponsor: Akeso Source: ClinicalTrials.gov ↗

Summary

This study is testing whether a new two-drug combination (AK112 and VG2025) is safe and effective for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and has stopped responding to standard treatments. It will enroll about 72 adults to first find the safest dose and then see if the treatment can shrink tumors and control the cancer. The main goals are to check for side effects and measure how many patients' tumors respond to the treatment.
