Summary

This study is testing a new drug called amivantamab, both by itself and when added to standard chemotherapy, for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread. The main goals are to see if the drug helps shrink tumors and to understand its safety. Researchers will enroll about 225 participants to find the right dose and see how well the treatment works.
