Summary
This study is testing if a simple, color-coded chart helps nurses in the intensive care unit (ICU) prevent bedsores more effectively. The chart uses red, yellow, and green cards at a patient's bedside to quickly show their risk level. Researchers will compare this new system to the standard method in 96 ICU patients to see if it leads to fewer bedsores.
