Blood test guides fight to stop colon Cancer's return

Summary
This study is testing if using a stronger combination of chemotherapy drugs after colon cancer surgery can better prevent the cancer from coming back. It uses a sensitive blood test to find tiny traces of cancer DNA and guide treatment decisions. The trial involves patients with stage II or III colon cancer who have had their tumor surgically removed but are at high risk of the cancer returning.
