Two-Drug attack on colon cancer before surgery

NCT ID NCT07224022

Summary

This study is testing whether two immunotherapy drugs, cemiplimab and fianlimab, can safely shrink colon tumors before surgery. The goal is to see if giving these drugs first makes the surgery more effective and helps prevent the cancer from coming back. About 24 adults with stage II or III colon cancer that hasn't spread will receive two IV doses of the drugs, then have surgery, and be followed for up to three years.
