Can early chemo before surgery stop colon Cancer's return?

NCT ID NCT07413146

Summary

This study aims to find the best timing for chemotherapy in people with high-risk colon cancer. It will compare giving four cycles of chemotherapy before surgery versus having surgery first followed by standard chemotherapy. The main goal is to see if the 'chemo first' approach helps more people stay cancer-free for two years after treatment. The study will also use advanced blood tests to try to predict which patients are most likely to have their cancer come back.
