Summary

This study looks at two common treatments for a type of broken wrist called a Colles' fracture. One treatment uses a cast alone, and the other uses a small metal pin (K-wire) plus a cast. The goal is to see which method leads to better wrist function after healing. The study will involve 60 adults aged 18 to 60 with a recent closed fracture.
