Summary
This study aims to understand how to promote brain health on college campuses. Researchers will test online brain training tools and in-person workshops with 1,000 students and staff at two Texas colleges. The goal is to learn what approaches work best for improving thinking skills, stress management, and overall well-being in campus environments.
